Roasted Root Vegetables

Use any quantities you want
Beets, peeled
Carrots
Kohlrabi, peeled
Onions
Turnips
Sweet Potatoes, peeled

Cut vegetables into small to medium size pieces
Drizzle small amount of olive oil and stir.  Add salt to taste.
Cut in covered casserole dish and bake 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until tender.
